STONEWALL is an upscale yet relaxed frontier family-style restaurant nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Steamboat Springs, a town rich in history and community. Inspired by the rugged spirit of those who came before us, we honor this land, originally inhabited by the Utes, Yampatikas, and Arapaho peoples that was later settled by pioneers during the Manifest Destiny era. Their resilience and determination laid the foundation for the vibrant community we call home.
 

Our seasonal menus are crafted with care and represent our reimagining of recipes we've uncovered through years of historical research. We are deeply committed to sourcing at least 80% of our ingredients from Colorado’s farms, ranches, breweries, distilleries, and wineries—a tribute to the vital role of local collaboration in shaping this region. Our family-style, shareable dishes are designed to bring people together, reviving the spirit of communal dining.
 

The name STONEWALL holds a dual significance for us. It reflects both the enduring strength of the frontier settlers as well as the courage of those who fought for LGBTQ+ rights during the Stonewall riots. As proud members of the LGBTQ+ community, we created this space to celebrate love, equality, and the shared bonds that unite us all.
